No Returns- Exchanges Only
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.
To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, accompanied with receipt or proof of purchase.
Starting a Return
Please email email@example.com with your name, address, order number and item that you would like to exchange.
Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange,
If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed, and a digital credit will be issued in the form of a code which you may use to purchase a new item.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Damaged or Defective Items
If an item is received and is defective or damaged. We will happily replace this item. To start this process, email firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, address, order number and damaged item. Once we have this information will will email you a prepaid shipping label for the return of your defective or damaged item, and issue a new one promptly.
